putting middle row seat in converted Van

I do have a converted minivan .
Does anyone know if one of original regular seat can be installed in middle row?

I know in mine I cannot, the seat and seat belt mounting bolt holes are no longer there to do it, also if it has a lowered floor as mine does you would be sitting very low and may not be able to see out the windows while riding.
