Wheelchair accessible van/camper

I've looked at some cool wheelchair accessible vans like the Dodge Caravan but none have the feature that I am looking for: enough flat space so that two people could lie prone (and sleep). The minimum would be 5 feet I think. most have 4'which is a bit cramped.

The whole camper thing with plumbing probably costs too much but it would be great to be able to pull over and sleep on a long trip. The wheelchair could spend the night outdoors

I have a 2002 Grand Caravan from which we remove the middle and rear seats. From front to back, the 1st 3 feet is 5 ft. wide. The 2nd 4 ft. is 4 feet wide. Don't know if this would work or not.
