One more question, is it better to get them with full cuff or half cuff?

I found the full cuff uncomfortable, but it might have just been the ones I tried. The cuff was hard plastic with no padding. Around here it's hard to find them in a store so you can try them. Ordering online is pretty much the only option.
The half cuff ones I use have a strap with snaps. It takes a lot of pressure to unsnap it. I fell once, trapped the crutch under me and really bruised my arm.
Watch the grips too. Some are shaped to fit your hand, some are not. They may be hard plastic or softer rubbery material that is more comfortable. -
it really is your preference. I have had full, half and 3/4 cuffs and prefer a cuff with an small opening. This is mainly so I can "pop out" of them in a stumble/fall and also for when I wear coats.Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult...Comment
