I have searched every where from online to gyms. Is there a device or some mechanism that I could buy or make that would help me keep my legs from knocking when I do squats?
Something to keep my knees from hitting when I go to squat to pick something up.
I was thinking about making something with a 2x4 cut half circles out of the ends for my knees to go in then cushion it then have maybe a velcro belt fastened on both sides to wrap around the knee.
