How to take care of that backache

Just wanted to let everyone know about my newest "favorite thing" - it is the TheraCane.

It is a hard plastic candy cane shaped device with nubs on it that you can use to rub your own back and work those knots out !

It can be used on other body aches, too.

It is the best $ 30 I have spent in a VERY long time.

I got it from Amazon with free shipping but it looks like other places carry it too.

I don't work for the company - just wanted to pass on a useful device !
