I've been thinking about getting a wheelchair for a while now for when I have flare-ups of my symptoms (my main problems are standing/walking. My arms have never been effected). For a while I was in a manual rental and it was big and bulky and hard to use. I was wondering if getting a custom wheelchair (I was looking at the TiLite ZRA series 2 if that matters) would be easier for maneuvering and whatnot? The rental I had was huge, and very heavy, but a custom titanium one wouldn't be as much, so I figured it would be better. But I can't be sure and I don't want to shell out thousands for something that isn't going to be clearly better.
