    Therapeutic Slippers and Wrap

Hey- what a find these are!!

I received a magazine in the mail that had a picture and descripion of "Hot Sox Therapeutic Slippers" and a Therapeutic Hot/Cold Wrap. Both can be put in the microwave or the freezer, which ever way you might need them.

I sent for them (only took 1 week to get them). This week-end I tried them out, and boy did they ever work GOOD!!

My feet felt hot and stuffy(no burning this time) so I put them in the freezer for about 4 hours and I gotta tell ya that when I put them on, it felt sooooooo goooood!!!!!! Their not made to be walked in, just to sit and enjoy the coolness. With winter coming I will then use them heated because my feet are usually cold, mostly the weak left one.

The therapeutic wrap I heated up in the microwave and put it around my neck and shoulders. Felt great and was warm and comfortable. Can also be used as a cooling wrap. Says it is good for arthritis, sore muscles and everyday stress.

Not sure if we can put the names of businesses in here, but I will and see what happens:

THE LAKESIDE COLLECTION - They are in Illinois. Just my 2cents- but they are well worth the money. Slippers $6.95 and the Wrap $8.95

    Awesome, Kathy!

Thank you so much for posting this!

The prices aren't too bad, either. I'm going to have to look into those when I get some money.

My feet freeze at the office - sit at a basement desk with a cement floor . . . I think these would be great to wear in winter. And for at home, too.

And the wrap sounds comfy !

Thanks for the tip. I think I will order some !

I'm not sure why you would the slippers or wrap? Am I missing something! I believe i now am in the secondary stage of MS, didn't know I had it until about 1 year ago! I love my neurologist and see him again in 2 mos. I have loads to tell him when I was experiencing chest pains, not heartattack, just continuing pain in my chest! Turns out I have a severe form if acid reflux. I didn't even know what that meant! The thing is my cardiologist had to perform a review of my eshopogus and determine what it all means! I have that appt. in a few days with my neurologist!
It's never a dull day for me and my MS!
Best wishes for all and I hope to be back on tomorrow, Tuesday! My days just seem to get long and crazy but with 3 kids a husband and his brother and sister live with us!
          My blessings to all!

Yes, you are missing something. The slippers and wrap are used for those of us that experience hot or cold feet, or are just plain hot or cold thru out the body. Sometimes I need the extra heat, (microwave) sometimes I need the extra coolness in the hot, humid weather (freezer)
