Hi there!
I was hoping someone could get a quick answer to me.

I know you can take a next shot within a two hour window of your previous shot.
It's Monday, and I took my last shot at 2:00am sat night/sunday morning.
I am so exhausted and I just want to go to bed.
Do you think I would be okay to take my shot now at 10:30?
Or do you thing I should power though till midnight?

Any advice would be great.

In the big picture, a few hours one way or the other doesn't make any difference. Go ahead and do the shot when you're ready and then congratulate yourself for being conscientious enough to stay on schedule and take good care of yourself before you went to sleep.
