Positive for JCV-Dr. won't Rx LDN

Continuing on this MS journey....

Dr. flat out said LDN doesn't work and will not prescribe it. I told him that is not what I've heard and read.

I guess I'm going to call the compounding pharm and see if they can tell me who prescribes it. I don't really want to get it over the internet. I'd like to be monitored on it by a Dr.

Any suggestions on what my next step should be? My PCP had never heard of it.

It amazes me how under the radar LDN is Why if it help people?

Go to:

www.LDNscience.org and there is a "Find A Doctor" function and I checked to find a doctor is listed in Golden, CO.

www.LDNaware.org and on the USA page at the bottom there is a "Pharmacies & Chemists" link for compounding pharmacies. Many people call Skip's Pharmacy and ask for a doctor referral.

Your doctors just don't know anything about LDN and I recommend not wasting your time trying to educate them.
