Betaseron and GI upset?

Anyone experience GI upset with Betaseron? I just started my fourth month and seem to be keeping an unhappy tummy.

Going to see my PCM for my annual in two weeks and then have her send me to the GI doc. I have not been back to him in two years.

I had a some odd stuff happen when I first started (without getting too gross, my G.I. system turned into a super expressway ) but that went away after the first month.
Are you sure it isn't a real flu?
I know there are some odd strains kicking around this year.
