parastetia in right knee

Hi all

Not sure if this is what it is but for the last yr i get a weird feeling in my right knee. It is like an electrical zinger that last for 2-3 seconds. Funny thing is the only time i get it is when i think about it. I can actually cause them to happen. The last 2-3 days have been the worst. I cant get it out of my mind. However, when im doing something where my mind is off of it it never happens. Could this be anxeity causing this or parastetia?

If it is parastetia, is there medicine one can take to stop it?

Not sure what to make of that.

I get weird feelings like that in my feet but usually when I step on something not level.

Yes it is so weird. It only comes when I think about it...Im thinkingg it must be my anxeity attacks. Has anyone else ever got these?
