Sick of thinking positive

I've never been angry. I don't think God or the devil has anything to do with it.
It is what it is.
I'm very disappointed that I can't do much, which puts more of a burden on my wife.
I don't try to stay "positive" for others, but I try to maintain an even keel.
I choose who and how much I want to discuss this with.
I'm lucky because:
* It could be much worse.
* I should have been killed fighting a fire 30 years ago.
* I've had a great wife for 32 years.
* I'm not dealing with pain issues, just poor walking ability, and terrible balance along with some "cog fog" and numbnes.
* I've had some great vacations over the years.
* I've had good support at work.
It is what it is, and we adjust and deal with it.
