Sick of thinking positive

    this MS is nonestop 24-7-365, i hate the fact that i cant help my wife more and she has heart problems and we both are 58, most days by 10-11 AM i'm wore out. mark

      I've never been angry. I don't think God or the devil has anything to do with it.
      It is what it is.

      I'm very disappointed that I can't do much, which puts more of a burden on my wife.

      I don't try to stay "positive" for others, but I try to maintain an even keel.
      I choose who and how much I want to discuss this with.

      I'm lucky because:
      * It could be much worse.
      * I should have been killed fighting a fire 30 years ago.
      * I've had a great wife for 32 years.
      * I'm not dealing with pain issues, just poor walking ability, and terrible balance along with some "cog fog" and numbnes.
      * I've had some great vacations over the years.
      * I've had good support at work.

      It is what it is, and we adjust and deal with it.
