    Exaggerated Reflexes

I have always had my legs go shooting up when the doc hits my knees with the little hammer, but today I had an interesting experience with my exaggerated reflex. I was seated on a chair & my friend's dog was wagging his tail against my knee & each time his tail hit my knee, my leg jerked! He wasn't wagging it that hard...

Anyone else have their reflexes react outside the dr's office?

    Hi Stalo

    I have hyperreflexia too.

Haven't had the dog's tail experience yet, but I have had my leg jerk on many occasions from a bump to that area around my knee.

Also happens if I bump my leg with something, just above my knee. It has caused my leg to give out a few times.

    Take care,
