Cold Weather - Itchy Hands

I've noticed this year when my hands get cold from being exposed to the winter air they get red/blotchy and extremly itchy. Anyone else run into this?

Sounds like it could be eczema and not ms related. I would try using lotion. Try a few different kinds, and if it still doesn't get better you could see a skin doctor (I forget what they're called).
