Anyone with fibromyalgia also?

I was wondering does anyone also have fibromyalgia and

ms ? The sx are so close I'm havin a hard time deciding if

I'm havin a flare or not of ms . Is there anything that would
be more ms related ?

I have both and I blieve this is pretty commun in MS
