what happened to the different smiles on the right side of the box? and the font and size options?

Hi Dave,

We haven't changed anything! Are you using a different browser? Have you tried logging off of MS World and logging back in?

I still see all the smiley options on the right

and the font/color/size options at the top of the reply window.

If you are still having issues after logging out and logging back in, scroll to the bottom of your screen and click on "Contact Us" and explain the problem. Someone from Technical Support will contact you as soon as possible.
