Anybody know the answer to this?

Can I get my private pilot certifigate if I have M.S.?

MS itself isn't a disqualifying condition. It would be a physical or mental consequence of MS that might disqualify someone from getting a private pilot's license, such as seizures, cognitive impairment or impaired vision or hearing. There can be allowances made for physical disabilities. It all comes down to an individual's status during the medical exam. The FAA has information about medical certification on its website.

Follow your dream, defiantly try. Known a person for 4 decades who was struck with polio, quadriplegic and flies. Could not be commercial pilot because he could not get out of the aircraft in the time allowed. This did not stop his dream and should not stop yours.
