Can't get into the new chat

I miss everyone on chat, but whenever I try to log on, all that I get is a plain white page. Does anyone else have this problem, and can it be fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.

Sorry you're having problems getting into the new chat.

Go to the bottom of the message boards and click on "Contact Us"; choose "Chat Problem Report" then explain the problem.

Someone from Tech Support will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks K. I'll keep trying. It did bring me to the message boards again, which are nice. I forgot how much fun they were.
