new symptom?

When I'm resting in bed i find my head sometimes twists around and then suddenly relaxes and falls back to the pillow. But now I have a new thing. My neck goes stiff and my head shakes really hard side to side - just very small movements like trembling very hard.
Does anyone get anything like this? Could it be neurological?

Tremors happen everywhere

Just Googled tremors & head tremors are included in the list. There are meds that can help.
