I have recently started waking up several times during the night with pain in both of my arms. . I sleep on my side. When this happens I wake up and I am balled up very tightly almost like in the fetal position. My hands are tight, my elbows are locked and the discomfort is what wakes me up. Does this sound like spasms. Has anyone else had this experience?
