I went to the eye doctor yesterday and he told me I have a small cataract on my right eye. I am 33 years old! He seemed to think it was from the steroids I have been on this year. Anyone else have this?

Unfortunately, steroids CAN cause cataracts

My eye doc has only mentioned nerve damage, not cataracts.
But then, I've only had IVSM once and an oral taper pack a few times.DX 10/2008

I have them I was first told I had tiny ones at 40. I am now 48 and they are not ready to be removed.
My vision is bothering me some.
I am wondering if that is why, I just had my eyes checked back in the summer.. there really is no way to know how fast they "get ready"
