      I turn into a hermit in the late spring and all summer. If its above 70 I feel like I'm shutting down.

        I PLAN TO DO MY EXERCISE BIKE EVERY DAY AND NUTRIENT MYSELF VIA PROTEIN SHAKES AND PILLS. I AM TOO DEPRESSED TO EAT.

          I live in Arizona and 100+ comes along as early as May and by July we see the 110+ weather through August and into Sept. In fact, It is 8:00 AM and it is already 98 degrees today. I keep my A/C set between 75 and 80.

          I keep my A/C running year round. I really don't enjoy many activities outside during the late spring, summer and sometimes even early fall. I DO GET OUTSIDE between October and April with great joy.
