    Whole food B

A few months ago I started using Max Stress B. Recently I heard that too much B will make your urine a bright yellow (which mine is) indicating that you are taking too much and your body is just eliminating it. Is this true? I take the dose recommended on the bottle.

Also, as a stem cell recipient, I've been looking at Stem-Kine but am a bit wary of the claims. Have you heard of this?

Thanks Tara! I really appreciate how you share your knowledge and insight with us and follow your postings regularly!
    I'm not perfect....just forgiven!

Congratulations, you taking the top B complex on the market. I have been using Max stress B for 4+ years with all my clients.
Synthetic B vitamins, (~95%) on the market, will produce yellow urine, these will not. The kidneys have to treat synthetics as a waste product. They also require your own body to use co-factors to metabolize the synthetic Bs.
