Ampyra/ Baclofen question

I started on Ampyra last week. I have increased strength in my legs. My problem is the stiffness in my legs has seemed to increase. I currently am taking 30 mg of Baclofen 4 times a day.
My questions are has anybody else had this happen to them, and do you think I should talk to my neuro about increasing my doseage of Baclofen?

Congrats on the increased strength in your leg! I've been on it since July 1 and also have increased strength in my weak leg- noticed it after only afew days.

I had been taking baclofen- 10 mg 4 times most days. Now my leg isn't as tight, so I have cut back to just 30 mg a day. It seems to be going ok with that.

Yes, I think you should talk to your neuro before increasing the dosage. I called mine when I wanted to up mine from 30 to 40 mg per day- if needed He was ok with that.
