    Dizziness from Melatonin

I originally posted this in the General section. Just wondering if anyone had any answers here.

Just a quick question. I've been taking Melatonin 10mg as needed to help with sleep for the last 3-4 months. I've never had any issues with it until this morning when I woke up feeling dizzy and light headed. I've read that Melatonin can cause dizziness. I'm wondering (even though its never happened before) if this is an actual side effect I'm experiencing or if its just another symptom of MS rearing its ugly head?

I might reduce you dosage and see if that doesn't help. I am taking only 500 mcg. I looked for the lowest dose I could get that was effective for me.

10 mg. is really high. 1000 mcg. = 1 mg.
