    Leg cramp

    So this morning I was awakened with a leg cramp so sever that it pulled my left leg up to my belly. Its been over an hour now and I still can't straighten my leg out without the pain returning. I've been doing light aerobics for 3 weeks now and haven't had anything like this before. Any suggestions or getting it to straighten out? I've tried heat, message and advil and its not helping.

    I sometimes get relif from drinking some milk, or eating a bananna, I have tried drinking more water and that sometimes helps. I also try to relax, sounds easy but I know from experiance its not.
