    reddish purple knees

Has anyone have this symptom besides me? I just started noticing this in the past year or so. I notice it mainly when I'm standing, not as much when I'm sitting. Is this MS related?
Diagnosed '79 @ age 22. SPMS since '03. Betaseron 4 yrs., Avonex 6 yrs., Tysabri 3 yrs., Present Copaxone & LDN since 1/2010.

How do they feel when you touch them?

I get a deep reddish color to my knees and they become very warm to the touch, I have rheumatoid arthritis. So far, this is my only symptom (other than a positive blood test) for it.

My mom has RA as well and her knees can look more purple than red.

Disclaimer: I have not been diagnosed with MS, it is a possibility and I am going through lots of testing right now to see what is going on with my crazy body.

      Knee's

I don't have this with my knees but..the bottom of my feet turn red/purple. Sometimes they feel like they are on fire but then sometimes they are ice cold.
