Can anyone who is taking Ampyra share your experience about how long it took on the med until you started to notice an improvement. Still struggling with some foot drop. Any hope ahead?

Hi Curly Girl, I just started Amprya Thursday night. I did notice some improvement within 30 minutes- walked without my cane for awhile around the house.
The next day could pull my weak leg up while sitting in the lift chair, can still do that!
Walking has been up and down, mostly down, but has its moments.
My foot drop is still bad, but can move the foot alittle better than before Amprya.
Good luck to you and hopefully you will see some improvements soon. How long have you been on it?
