Betaseron vs Extavia?

Good Morning Ya'll,
Just doing a bit of research between these two meds, directed towards Canadians. For those of you who are being treated with these injections, which are you being treated with and why? Were you given a choice? Has anyone made use of Extavia's "Extracare"? Is it worthwhile? Is there an appreciable cost difference?
Is anyone holding off, waiting for the newer oral treatments?

Extavia is the Novartis drug company's version of Beta, supposed to be the same medication. I had read that the cost difference was because Extavia comes with 30 day supply vs. Beta being a 28 day supply. The cost savings over the year would be 12 additional shots.
