I’m looking through copies of my medical records and have a question regarding something mentioned in a letter from my neuro to my family doctor. He mentinoed “diffusely hypoactive reflexes at the biceps, triceps, brachioradialis, patella and ankle.” This was during a visit I requested due to symptoms being quite intense and lasting for quite a while.
In prior visits and a subsequent follow up, the reflexes were normal. I’m curious what could be the cause of this. From the research I’ve done, hyperactive reflexes were most common in MS. What could cause hypoactive?
