Has anyone heard of this trial with Estriol, and is anyone here signed up for it, or going to try to sign up for it ?

What is it? -
It's a trial for women that is going to use a hormone that mimics a hormone that women have during pregnancy. Trial participants will also be receiving copaxone. If you google on Estriol and MS you will find links for it.Comment

Yes, they are doing it in my area. I spoke with them last summer about it. They may have changed their criteria, but because I had been on Copaxone for 3 months, they wanted me to go off it for a month before starting the trial. I wasn't interested in doing that. In addition, they cover the cost of the estriol, but not the Copaxone.
It was an intriguing study.....Comment

Thanks for the info. I think the info I read on the NMSS.org website said that they had changed their criteria with regards to the Copaxone use.
I do think it's an interesting concept.Comment
