Thats wonderful Steve that you cope so well and can work and get along so Spirit. I am sorry your leg is going through this though.

I am in so much pain today, I took extra meds now I can't stay awake to post anymore! It is taking forever to get this down ! SORRY !

Jackiey - I hope your Dr. is right. I didn't have problems with heat or humidity for the first 12-13 years. I started having problems about 5-6 years ago and my heat and/or humidity intolerence has steadily increased over the years. I now try to do things in the morning (we did a 25 mile bicycle ride today); At work, I don't go out generally for lunch; and I bought a cooling vest to help out when I need it.
