weeknight teriyaki chicken

easy to make and delicious in every way!

Ingredients:

• 8 chicken thighs

• 8 oz bottle teriyaki sauce

• 1 T minced garlic

• 2 oz soy sauce

• 2 T olive oil

How to:

Remove skin from thighs and discard, trim excess fat. Heat large saucepan over med-high heat add olive oil. Place thighs bone side down and brown 4 min, flip and let brown 4 min. Reduce heat to low. Pour soy sauce slowly over each thighs, pour 8 oz of  teriyaki evenly, sprinkle garlic evenly, cover and simmer on low 60 min, until chicken is falling off bone. Serve immediately over rice or pasta, or shred and serve in warm pita!
