“This is my 3rd 6″ x 12″ Thermipaq I’ve owned and I like them. I throw it in our 1000w microwave for about 1min 3sec and apply it to the area that needs relief. I remove it after 15 to 20 minutes as recommended. The thing I like about Trermipaq is that they use clay to hold and distribute the heat…..or cold. Longer lasting relief. I highly recommend this product, it works.”
