Creamy Frozen Chocolate Pops
Looking for an intensely chocolate fudgecicle? Look no further.
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 ½ bars of 85% chocolate
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Small or medium heatproof glass mixing bowl
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Can opener
- 6-8 popsicle molds
Place can of coconut milk in warm water to soften. Meanwhile, break chocolate into pieces.
Place in glass bowl and begin melting in the microwave in 30 second increments, whisking in between. Stop microwaving the chocolate when the last pieces can melt as the chocolate is stirred.
Whisk in the coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla until thoroughly blended. Pour into molds using a funnel and scraper.
Freeze for about 4 hours until firm.
