Medicare denied my Brain MRI for ongoing MS tracking

I am new to Medicare, so I am unfamiliar with what is covered and what isn't but is it typical for them to deny brain MRIs for ongoing tracking of established MS patients? They covered the C-Spine MRI that was performed on the same day for the same reason.

I hope someone will be along soon who can speak to your question. Although I have Medicare Part A (hospitalization), I use my husband's employer insurance for rx and medical so I'm not familiar with Medicare coverage.
