    Exercise check in 08/08/2019

    Two of you tracked, and seem content with what you accomplished.
    I didn't really have goals.

    Symptoms began in JAN02
    - Dx with RRMS in OCT03, following 21 months of limbo, ruling out lots of other dx, and some "probable stroke" and "probable CNS" dx for awhile.
    - In 2008, I was back in limbo briefly, then re-dx w/ MS: JUL08
    .

    - Betaseron NOV03-AUG08; Copaxone20 SEPT08-APR15; Copaxone40 APR15-present
    - Began receiving SSDI / LTD NOV08. Not employed. I volunteer in my church and community.

    Thurs - 1197 steps;
    Fri - 1907 steps; Recumbent bike
    Sat - 1758 steps;
    Sun - 1640 steps;
    Mon - 1269 steps
    Tues - 1328 steps;
    Wed - 1429 steps; PT

    Total steps = 10,528 steps. Average: 1504 steps per day
    Total exercise = 2x

    My modified goals for next week are just to track exercise, and to try to do things at home. Waiting for a podiatrist appointment to take care of continuing toe issues.

    Former Goals:
    1. Average of 2,000 steps per day.
    2. Exercise at least 4 times out of 7 days. Silver Sneakers, recumbent bike at Wellness Center or YMCA, PT, YouTube chair exercises or something else.
    3. Include some strength training on some of my exercise days (could be PT).

      I'd say I did a partial goal this past week. Lots of get together gathering of family as the last of our visitors (our kids and granddaughter) left, and now it's been time spent to get my house back in order. Whew - what a mess, but I'm plugging through. Harvesting the garden too.

      goal for next week is to finally make my yoga class and finish cleaning up.

        Nice to see you tracking again Mamabug.
        Good luck getting yourself organized and making that yoga class Seasha.

        My goals last week were:

        2 nights of bjj- Missed it but I was able to make 1
        3 days in the gym- 4 gym sessions
        3 3 mile runs- got 3 runs in, 3.01 miles, 4.53 miles and 5.48 miles

        I'll keep the same goals for next week. Have a good weekend yall.
