Hpv reactivation?

I am personally not going through this. But out of curiosity. After being put on ms meds has anyone had an abnormal pap that showed hpv reactivation? If so what happens? Never had hpv before but I know its common and want to know what happens to people like us on immune system supressants.

The only thing I've heard, after going on Tysabri, is to make sure to stay up to date with ob-gyn exams.
