Supra pubic catheter bypassing from urethra

Hi I am wheelchair dependent and had a SPC fitted in March. Works great no problems but I am bypassing from urethra. Going to see urologists in 2 months. Anyone experienced this or any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thank you
