Weightloss Checkin Group: Weighin For 04/25/19

Karen is still out, probably until about the beginning of May. I'll start her weekly thread for her. Keep posting your weight loss stats. Karen wants us to keep going!

    This was posted on 3/21/19:

Hi everyone, Karen had a bad fall and broke her leg. She is doing okay, but is in a rehabilitation facility for another 6 weeks and maybe a little longer. Keep working on the weight loss goals.

Remained in maintenance. Gained 0.8 lbs

      Recent weights:
      04/04/18: 123.0 lbs (BMI 22.4)
      04/25/18: 123.8 lbs (BMI )

My most recent goal weight was 121.0-122.8 lbs, which I met on 12/13/2018.
My maintenance goal is to remain within +/- 5 lbs. Between 116.0 - 127.8
      116.0 lbs -- BMI 21.0
      127.8 lb -- BMI 23.2

Where I'd currently like to be is at or below a BMI of 22.0 (weight <121.0).

Giving the BMI in addition to the weight seems like a good idea. Mine is currently 22.8.

Yeah. BMI still isn't a perfect way to measure. If I lose fat and add more muscle, my BMI will still be higher, even if I'm healthier.

But, it's one more number that can be helpful.
