    Made goal

Thurs - 1565 steps; PT at home
    Fri - 1454 steps
    Sat - 1613 steps
Sun - 1716 steps; PT at home
Mon - 3156 steps; recumbent bike at wellness center
Tues - 2491 steps; Silver Sneakers
Wed - 2001 steps; Chair yoga; PT at home

Total steps = 13,996 steps. Average: 1999 steps per day
    Total exercise = 5 days (6x)

I'll say I made goal. I was at 1999 instead of 2000, and I had more exercise days than my goal.

    Goals:
    1. Average of 2,000 steps per day.
    2. Exercise at least 4 times out of 7 days. Silver Sneakers, recumbent bike at Wellness Center or YMCA, PT, YouTube chair exercises or something else.
    3. Include some strength training on some of my exercise days (could be PT).

For those of us exercisers who are usually regulars in ShrinkKaren's Weightloss Checkin: I feel bad that that thread seems to be losing interest. Karen expects to be back. I'm trying to keep it going, but I'm not dedicated to weekly personal affirmations, like Karen is. If you usually participate in that thread, I encourage you to come back so Karen won't be discouraged after her recuperation.

        Good for you Mamabug!

It's difficult for me to keep track of anything as this dog on fitbit has a mind of its own. It shows being charged but then goes dead. It's a pain. Anyhow, Not reporting step goals....and I missed all my other goals...except 1....

        weight trained 3 days...goal was 4
        ran once for 3 miles...goal was 10
but I did hit the mats for some Jiu Jitsu.

Great job, Mamabug! Boudreux - I'm sure you'll get there next week!

          I made my goal-
          Babysat 2 mornings
Planted 60 onion sets in the garden
Cleaned house before hosting a party at home for 18- this includes 5 little active ones
Cleaned house afterwards including washing kitchen and entryway floors.

(The other 2 days of the week I collapsed )

Hope again for 5 days of some sort of activity for next week.
Keep on moving with determination everyone!

            Made Goals

            Hi everyone

I had a good week, and was able to accomplish my goals. I try to remain in an attitude of appreciation for all of my current abilities.

The chocolate experiment is half way done (3 weeks). No big improvements to report yet. But no 'bad' days during the week either, so we'll see!

            Daily: Up and active 4X a day @ 30 min each + Stretches throughout the day + In-chair ab crunches, 2X a day @ 20 each time

5X a week: Walked with rollator 5X during the week @ 30 min each time

Wishing everyone good energy and perseverance.

              Made Goals

              Hi everyone,

I’m late to the party! I made my goals last week.

              - 8,793 avg daily steps (goal was 6,500)
              - 4 days of yoga (goal was 4 days)
              - 2 runs (goal was 1 run)

Adjusting goals upward a bit for this week:
              - 7,000 avg daily steps
              - 5 days of yoga
              - 1 run

I hope everyone is having a great week! 👌
