    Made both goals

    Thurs - 1491 steps
    Fri - 1789 steps
Sat - 1723 steps; PT at home
    Sun - 1703 steps
Mon - 1512 steps; recumbent bike at wellness center
Tues - 3096 steps; Silver Sneakers
Wed - 2922 steps; Chair yoga and recumbent bike

Total steps = 14,236 steps. Average: 2034 steps per day
    Total exercise = 4 days (5x)

I'm not sure why I didn't make my steps goal; I actually did more other exercising than usual.

    Goals:
    1. Average of 2,000 steps per day.
    2. Exercise at least 4 times out of 7 days. Silver Sneakers, recumbent bike at Wellness Center or YMCA, PT, YouTube chair exercises or something else.
    3. Include some strength training on some of my exercise days (could be PT).

        Wonderful work, Mamabug and MisterMan!!

I had a great week too. Even though I only got once chance to help babysit, I worked in my garden for 4 days! The weather has been in the mid to upper 60's (perfect weather for me) and sunny, little mounds of snow in yard are gone, and I finally got my hands in the soil. Weeded like crazy. An as a bonus, instead of riding my scooter out there, I walked with my outdoors walker.

The rains are coming and my house has been neglected, so my goal next week is to clean floors and vacuum for starters.

        Have a great week everyone!

          Made Goals

Mamabug ~ MisterMan ~ Seasha - Goals accomplished! Terrific!

Thankfully, I had a very good week and made goals also.

Daily: Up on feet and active 4X a day @ 30 min each + Stretching throughout the day + In-chair ab crunches 2X a day @ 20 crunches each time

5X a week: Walked with rollator 5X during the week @ 30 min each

I'm doing my own little experiment with eating 1 oz dark chocolate (100% cacao) daily for 6 weeks.

Looking to see if it will help my motor fatigue and endurance.

After week one, no changes thus far (yet!).

Wishing everyone good energy and perseverance!

                Missed them....technically

You guys are on a roll...nice work everyone. So I've had to prioritize work a little this week....it happens sometimes, just glad I can still work.

I fell short of my 7500 average daily steps goal with 5650 step average. My Fitbit it acting weird and a couple of days I got 71 and 49 steps. The data that logged 71 I actually push mowed my acre yard.

Missed my 4 days of weight training making only 3 sessions but I did train one day of Jiu Jitsu. So I guess we can put me in the partial category.

BTW...I have great neighbors when they saw me push mowing they (3 homes) asked if I wanted to borrow their lawn mower. They thought I was crazy.

                Keep it going.

                  Push mowing is heavy exercise!

That should easily make up for any step goal shortfall, in my opinion.
