    Made partial goals

    Thurs - 1494 steps
Fri - 1930 steps; recumbent bike at Wellness center
Sat - 1659 steps; PT at home
    Sun - 1796 steps
Mon - 2183 steps; recumbent bike at wellness center
Tues - 2540 steps; Silver Sneakers

Total steps = 12,460 steps. Average: 1780 steps per day
    Total exercise = 5 days

I'm not sure why I didn't make my steps goal; I actually did more other exercising than usual.

    Goals:
    1. Average of 2,000 steps per day.
    2. Exercise at least 4 times out of 7 days. Silver Sneakers, recumbent bike at Wellness Center or YMCA, PT, YouTube chair exercises or something else.
    3. Include some strength training on some of my exercise days (could be PT).

      Good work, Mamabug!

Once again, I failed to do my walks outside, but I did do a lot of work inside cleaning/cooking/baking before we had family over for dinner and, of course, the clean up afterwards. Kids helped but there was still lots to do the next day.

I babysat twice and got my walk in at the grocery store. All in all, I did my best to stay active.

Weather is nice and snow has melted, so at least one walk outside is part of my goal for next week!

Seasha and Mamabug ~ Great effort on partial goals!

I had another good week, thankfully, and made goals. Also, I was able to do an extra credit walk.

Daily: Up on feet and active 4X a day @ 30 min each + Stretches throughout the day + In-chair ab crunches 2X a day @ 20 each time

          5X a week: Walked with rollator 5X @ 30 min each + 1 bonus 30 min walk

Wishing everyone good energy and perseverance.
