Weightloss Checkin Group: Weighin For 03/14/19

I don't know where Karen is. Has anybody heard from her?

I'll just do a simple start to the weightloss group. If anyone wants to contribute to this post (Karen always does such a nice summary), feel free.

    .

    - Betaseron NOV03-AUG08; Copaxone20 SEPT08-APR15; Copaxone40 APR15-present

Remained in maintenance. Gained 0.6 lbs

    Recent weights:
    02/14/18: 122.8 lbs (BMI 22.3)
    03/14/18: 123.4 lbs (BMI 22.4)

I hadn't checked in here for awhile, since I had guests for a few times, and just didn't get around to weighing sometimes.

My most recent goal weight was 121.0-122.8 lbs, which I met on 12/13/2018.
My maintenance goal is to remain within +/- 5 lbs. Between 116.0 - 127.8
    • 116.0 lbs -- BMI 21.0
    • 127.8 lb -- BMI 23.2

Where I'd currently like to be is at or below a BMI of 22.0 (weight <121.0).

Sorry I haven't been checking in........

I am down to 140. I attribute this to all the walking I have been doing. I am trying to improve my eating. Sorry I have not been here to contribute/champion others. This was a tough journey. I made a lot of progress in 2018. Hoping for another surge of success in 2019. I accidentally posted on last week's thread, sorry.

I'm at 114 still and glad not to be gaining back any of the pounds I lost.
