I've been checking out Dr. Axe and his recommendations for supplements. I've also been reading about the OMS diet and others. How do I figure out what's best for me and my health conditions? A dietitian or naturopath? I'm concerned about interactions with meds I'm on. I know often people say to check with your doctor before starting anything new, but I don't know who is usually the most knowledgeable on things like this. Thanks.
