Thank you for providing us with this information. I have had Lemtrada on the radar lately because I am contemplating switching from Tysabri to Ocrevus. The NP told me if Ocrevus doesn’t protect me from progression I can’t go back to Tysabri. She said the only other option is Lemtrada.
This piece if information is vital because I have a high risk of stroke in the family and already had a small stroke in 2014. The only thing that is more terrifying than MS to me is a severe stroke.
Looks like I will be staying on Ty for awhile. My neurologist believes that switching from Tysabri to Ocrevus makes no sense just to avoid PML because the treatments both suppress the immune system and he thinks cases will start showing up with Ocrevus.
