      Made Goals

      Hi everyone

Very thankful to report that I made goals.

I was pleased with the 5 walks during the week @ 30 min each, as they all went well.

Also, was up and active 4X everyday @ 30 min each time ~ and did daily stretches.

Only had to turn on the A/C for one day!

Hope everyone has a great week, with good energy and perseverance!

        Made Goal

My 2 year old granddaughter was visiting for the weekend, soI got a lot of exercise with her around. Whew~~ If we get a rainy day this next, I'll start in on my floors. How one tiny girl and create havoc and messes

Out in the garden for one day harvesting apples, pumpkins and the last of the cucumbers. And some weeding. Grocery shopping one day.

I will try again for 4x next week.

Hope you all exceed in moving the best way you can.

          Made Goals

          Busy week - whew ...

Thu - 6821 (dog and chicken feed to bins)
          Fri - 6173
Sat - 8156 (cleaned 2 floors and watered houseplants)
Sun - 8431 (worked on greenhouse entrance and some housework)
          Mon - 7134 (housework)
Tue - 12490 (prep for hurricane)
Wed - 8001 (2 dr appointments and finished storm preps)

Thankfully the storm caused minimal damage here at my house (the remnants of the hurricane came through between 6-9 this morning), but we went out today and about 4 miles from the house we saw wind damage. We didn't go much further - just to the closest quick shop, so I really don't know how badly the rest of the area was hit (except that I have heard from several friends who lost power).

I walked over 6K steps on all 7 days and averaged 8172 steps/day . I will keep the same goals for next week. I plan to start moving plants into the green house this week so that should get my steps up some.

Seasha - Awesome week ! Yep, little ones have a lot of energy to burn and by default we burn a lot to keep up with them and their messes . Alas, I have no little ones around but still have floors to clean .

KoKo - Awesome week ! Great that the weather is nice and cool enough now that you are not so dependant on the ac . We too are looking for cooler temps in the coming week - YAY.

Mamabug - Thank you for posting your week . Sorry that you didn't make your goals, but I hope that this week will be better for you .

Hoping that all will have great week!

Not quite thete yet but getting back on track

            Thurs - 11690 steps
            Fri - 8010 steps
            Sat - 7265 steps
            Sun - 9509 steps
            Mon - 10388 steps - 17 flights
            Tues - 10180 steps - 15 flights
            Wed - 9037 steps -6 flights

Hit my step goals 3 out of 7 days and my flights of stairs 2 out of 7. Not where I want to be but better than the previous few weeks. I'm geting my pushup and pullup reps in as well. On a side note since I've slowed down, my resting heart rate has risen from 50 to 57.

            Keep it going.

Whew is right! Your chores certainly keep your legs, as well as your entire body, very active!

Glad you got through the hurricane ok.

                  Made Partial Goals

Goal made: Ran a couple of times for 3 miles total.

Steps were below prior week’s average though. International travel provided lots of steps this week but not quite as much as I would get at home.

                  Averaged 7,031 steps
                  Fri - 4,560
                  Sat - 8,461
                  Sun - 15,763
                  Mon - 5,349 (includes 1.5 mile run)
                  Tue - 5,415
                  Wed - 5,851
                  Thu - 3,818 (includes 1.5 mile run)

Good to be home so I can get back on track
