    Gratitudes for Tuesday

    1. Called my Dad in Canada; talked on the phone.

    2. Volunteered at Circles of Hope.

    3. Attended a political meeting.

    Symptoms began in JAN02
    - Dx with RRMS in OCT03, following 21 months of limbo, ruling out lots of other dx, and some "probable stroke" and "probable CNS" dx for awhile.
    - In 2008, I was back in limbo briefly, then re-dx w/ MS: JUL08    .
    - Betaseron NOV03-AUG08; Copaxone20 SEPT08-APR15; Copaxone40 APR15-present
    - Began receiving SSDI / LTD NOV08. Not employed. I volunteer in my church and community.

        Gratitudes for Wednesday

        Had a meal at church today. Was prepared and served by our "sister church", Casa Betania. They cooked some amazing authentic Mexican food. Maybe I shouldn't be grateful for this, because, for the first time in three months, I gave myself permission to eat gluten. I did still choose to decline the cheese.

        But, even if I shouldn't be grateful, I am. The food was incredible and it felt good, for once in a blue moon, to choose to eat "normally".

          1. I got two new tattoos today.
          2. My boyfriend is out of town till Sunday so no snoring and I can sleep without ear plugs ( so my conch piercing can finally rest at night and I can turn on the AC even though its 50 outside
          3. I am able to make the rescheduled dachshund races... ( I seriously cried for 30 minutes when I thought I wasn't going to get to go)
          4. After tomorrow I have a 4 day "mini" vacation.
          5. Kinda a gratitude--- kinda not. My dog does not have a UTI, but she is still peeing everywhere and we cannot find a reason why. So a good and a bad. Behavior is the worst thing to have to fox... but at least shes not sick.
