Caught all of my step goals except for Monday. The nature of my work on Mondays keeps me at my desk for more of the day. I need to figure that on out.

I managed to get a little over 60 flights for the week. These continue to be a challenge for me and I need to figure out a way to incorporate them into my daily routine.

Nice job getting after this week y'all.

    Keep it going.
What step counter do you use? I'm a little behind the times on this. My last step counter (pedometer?) was not the most accurate
And wow! What does 10,000 steps equate to in miles? I'm not sure, but it looks like you get a fair amount of walking in! Great job!

Not officially diagnosed due to non-MS-specific spots on MRIs, but the neurologists all agree it's MS.
Frustrated. January 2019: finally saw an MS specialist worth seeing. Maybe we'll get to the bottom of this.
    EDSS of 5.5, sometimes 6.0

jjs - I use a Garmin Fitness Band to record my steps - like a Fitbit but less expensive. Mamabug uses the same thing. Not sure about anybody else ..

Wait - I THINK that Boudreaux uses a watch - an apple? Not sure but they DO NOT use a Garmin or a Fitbit.

I would think that a pedometer would be the most accurate because it actually counts steps while my Garmin counts arm movements (swinging arms as you walk) to get the number of steps .

Yeah I agree - Boudreaux's stairs makes me tired to read about them . I use ramps or elevators nowadays.

Yes, I use a Garmin fitness band too. Msgijo and I different models. Mine does not have a GPS so it doesn't actually track steps. It tracks hand movement as my arm swings back and forth. Mostly ok, but doesn't track shopping trips when I'm holding on to the cart.

I had several pedometers in the past. Some we're not accurate. My omron brand was very accurate. Cost more like $20 instead of the inexpensive $5 ones. That was years ago. Might be more now. Amazon sells them. It sometimes they are near the pharmacy by blood pressure checkers instead of by sporting goods.

Still much less expensive than a fitness tracker.

Not sure on the conversion but the app can tell me, I'll let you know.

I use a fitbit. I think it gives a little more than I take but I am pretty sure it is consistanlty inaccurate so I do more it recognizes more. Works for me.
