3rd Dose 18 months

I will have my third dose of Ocrevus in 2 weeks. My MRIs have been excellent and the heat hasn’t bothered me as much.
But in the last week I have been exhausted and my left leg foot drop/weakness is almost as bad as it has ever been.
I know Ocrevus is very new.
I am wondering if anyone else has a similar experience?
I remember from my 6 years of Tysabri that it sort of wore off just before the next infusion.
I am hoping that this is the same situation I am experiencing.

Like you, for many years my spouse was on Tysabri. Like you, she is more fatigued since switching to Ocrevus.

I don't think it has anything at all to do with the effectiveness of Ocrevus wearing off and needing another infusion.

I think being more tired on Ocrevus than Tysabri is simply one of the differences difference between those two meds.

I’m sure I read here or somewhere else about someone who’s been taking Ocrevus long term and them saying that they seemed to be running out of steam just before their infusions.
